Performa Property Marketing ("Performa", "we", "us")
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Performa is an Australian property-marketing agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when you enquire with us, engage our services, or correspond with us — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company.
- Client campaign data. When you engage us to manage or report on your advertising, we access data about your advertising accounts and campaigns (such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and search terms) through the platforms you authorise.
- Website usage data. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
Advertising platform data (Google, Meta)
With our clients' authorisation, our internal reporting systems access advertising and analytics data from platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta through their official APIs. We use this data solely to prepare campaign performance reports for the client whose accounts the data belongs to. This data is:
- accessed on a read-only basis;
- used only for that client's own reporting;
- never sold, shared with other clients, pooled, or used for any other purpose;
- stored securely and retained only as long as needed for reporting.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use personal information
- To provide our services, including campaign management and performance reporting
- To respond to enquiries and communicate with you
- To improve our website and services
- To meet our legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
Disclosure
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), on terms that protect it. We may disclose information where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us:
Email: theo@performaproperty.com
We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
